I was hired for customer service job at Adecco. I asked the staff was this a sales position they told me no.

I would be servicing incoming potential callers. When I got there was strictly selling and threatened by the manager there that if we didn't make sales we would be fired. We would be cold calling people for a company selling a service and lying the costs would be cheaper and it would not because customers had to pay this company and their original company for delivery and the costs would be higher and we were told not to discuss the delivery costs even if we were asked.

I was in accident one evening on way there I call Addeco left a message twice one day I spoke to one staff they said they never spoke or received my messages. I haven't been paid to date

Reason of review: Deception.

Monetary Loss: $59.

Preferred solution: My pay.

I didn't like: Being disrespected, Poor staff and waste of my time, All the above, Miscommunication, Fraudulent behaviour.
